Once you place your orders please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Once your order is processed you will receive the tracking information. From that point on, you can track when your order is dropped off at the carrier and on the way to you.

Sea Moss gel orders are shipped every Monday to ensure you receive your sea moss in the best state. Any orders placed from Wednesday-Sunday will be shipped out the week after next.

All orders placed on holisticlola.com are non-refundable due to to it being a perishable food item. Once your order is processed, you cannot cancel your order.

You should begin with 1/2 a teaspoon on an empty stomach in the morning with some water. Then gradually work your way up to 2 tablespoons depending on how your body reacts to sea moss.

You may find it easier to consume it in a smoothie or add it to your teas. Find what works best for you.

Sea moss is powerful and high in many minerals including iodine. Iodine assists with thyroid function, so levels too low or high can be detrimental to our health. Please be mindful of this when taking sea moss and always consult your physician if you have any health concerns.

3-4 weeks in the refrigerator. Our jars are freezer safe and can last up to 6 months in the freezer. You may put sea moss gel in ice cube trays to pop them in your smoothies or drinks!
